Villa Retreat is a luxury resort in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu in India. A homely retreat – a place where guests can discover local and experimental cuisine, immerse themselves in art and design, disconnect from technology, connect with nature and meet and interact with unique personalities from all over the world.

Challenges

We faced tough competition from rivals offering big
discounts, making it hard to stand out and attract
customers. Our initial plan to optimize the campaign
for direct website bookings didn’t work as expected
because the cost per booking was too high. To
address this, we shifted our focus to lead generation,
giving our sales team a better chance to nurture and
convert these leads. 

Objectives

Primary Objective: To increase leads and
reservations for the holiday season.

Secondary Objective: To achieve this at a
low cost per lead.

Approach

We launched a conversion campaign on Meta, focusing on the Leads event. To ensure we attracted the right audience for our holiday offer, we created multiple ad sets, each targeting a specific group. Within these ad sets, we designed tailored ads with messaging that resonated well with the audience, ensuring we captured high-quality leads.
