Dear Ermina started by a mother her children and best friend is a clothing and apparel brand that produces highly sustainable pieces that portray an immigrant’s story. Every piece they craft serves as a canvas for their family’s stories and the narratives of immigrants all over the world.

Challenges

Reaching the right audience was a key challenge. Identifying and engaging with potential customers
required a clear and targeted approach. To address this, we needed a full-funnel strategy to ensure our high-quality products were shown to the right people at the right time with the right messaging.

Objectives

Primary Objective: Our main goal was to boost conversions and the return on ad spend (ROAS) from our campaign, while also keeping costs under control.

Secondary Objective: Reduce the Cost per Acquisition (CPA).

Approach

We utilized the Advantage+ Shopping campaign as a Top-of-Funnel (TOF) strategy to efficiently target new audiences and build awareness using machine learning. For Middle-of-Funnel (MOF) and Bottom-of-Funnel (BOF) stages, we created separate campaigns tailored to engage and convert warm and high-intent audiences. This included remarketing ads and dynamic product catalog ads to re-engage users who had previously interacted with our products. Each stage of the funnel had customized creative content designed to resonate with the audience’s familiarity and intent, ensuring effective messaging at every step.
