Challenges

Our main challenge was connecting with the right
audience. Since we cater to a specific niche, it was difficult to identify and reach people who would value and buy our products. Some of our manual sales campaigns didn’t deliver the results we hoped for, so we needed a better strategy to target the right audience and showcase our high-quality products effectively.

Objectives

Primary Objective: Our main goal was to boost conversions and the return on ad spend (ROAS) from our campaign, while also keeping costs under control.

Secondary Objective: Reduce the Cost per Acquisition(CPA).

Approach

To effectively reach our niche audience, we implemented Meta’s Advantage+ Shopping campaign leveraging machine learning to optimize audience targeting and improve campaign efficiency. This
automated system analyzed user behavior and purchase intent to deliver ads to high-value audiences, reducing reliance on manual efforts. We created tailored creative assets, including images,  carousel ads, and videos, to highlight our product’s unique features and resonate with our target audience. Dynamic remarketing played a key role, as product catalog ads personalized the user experience by showcasing items they had previously interacted with on our website. This approach kept potential customers engaged and improved conversion rates.
