Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

1.1 Subscription Services

  • Cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
  • No refund for the current billing period.

1.2 One‑Time / Project Services

  • Cancel before project start: 90% refund.
  • Cancel mid-project: Pro-rata refund minus administrative costs.

1.3 Custom/Enterprise Contracts

  • Governed by individual service agreements (MSA).
  • Prepayments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued if:

  • We fail to deliver due to technical errors on our end
  • Partial project cancellation—refund based on percentage completed
  • Other unforeseen service disruptions within our control

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Onboarding/setup fees
  • Consultation charges
  • Completed services
  • Third-party costs

4. Refund Timelines

  • Processing: 10–15 business days from approval
  • Return to account: 5–10 business days after processing (varies by bank/payment provider)

5. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation, please email:

We respond within: 1 business day for acknowledgement, 3–5 business days for resolution.

6. Exceptions

  • No refunds for post-start scope changes (handled as change orders)
  • Dispute resolution is case-by-case and handled in good faith
